The Mayor will be presenting the State of the City Budget Address on Thursday, January 30, 2003 at 7:00 Pm in the City Hall Auditorium, 140 Main Street, Torrington. All City Boards, department heads, staff and public are encouraged to attend.
This budget presentation will include an overview of the current fiscal condition, the impacts of potential cuts in state funding, and what the city is doing to prepare for such occurrences.
